There don’t appear to be any updates (I’ve been looking regularly) - and according to her parents on social media, she is still missing.

Anyone able to find any social media for her or anything?

I haven’t been able to find anything except for one Facebook page\blog started in November 2023 that only has one photo that appears to be her but it has no followers or interactions on it.

I sadly thought the very same thing The secret cellphone really gives that impression as well. I had a friend in that situation with an older guy her parents disapproved of… and she is now married to him

That was a lot of changes for Enci/Aubrey in a short time. And no idea whether her bio dad is in the picture at all.

I also wondered if she was maybe trying to get back to California somehow?

2. She seems to have left in an orderly manner and stayed away and undetected for a good period of time, so I question the characterization her as being in a mental health crisis.

She certainly could be in danger now, but this feels like a run of the mill runaway due to a teenager seeking to get away from restrictive parents, maybe with a cultural kicker. IMO

I also agree as previously posted that this is particularly worrying, she could have been groomed by a paedophile. In addition, news report that she disposed of her secret phone and left the last area she was seen at, so someone is alerting her. MSN should probably go quiet in this case. I hope she is found safe asap

It bugs me that the hand tattoo wasn’t mentioned from the beginning. I thought that was something Police asked about right away. Also odd that she has a tattoo at 14 but it is what it is and wasn’t revealed until now.

I sure hope police know more than we do at this point and are just keeping it on the down low for some reason.

I agree with this. Admittedly, my very controlling father liked to tell me I lived in a fantasy world all the time so the whole "can't distinguish fantasy from reality" immediately made me think this is her trying to get away from controlling parents, but I may be projecting.

It's also such a broad phrase - is she actually experiencing delusions? Maladaptive daydreaming? Dissociation? Or is she just a teenager with her head in the clouds who isn't falling in line with expectations?
