On Monday, April 16, 2007, at 11:49 a.m., Philadelphia Police officers responded to the 5200 block of Kubach Street, where the body of a deceased female had been discovered in a wooded area. The body was later identified as Ericka Brair. Ericka had been reported missing from the 1400 block of East Cheltenham Avenue on March 16, 2007. The Office of the Medical Examiner determined that Ericka had been stabbed several times.

Ericka Brair was 18 years old. She resided on the 1400 block of East Cheltenham Avenue in Philadelphia, PA. Anyone with information regarding Ericka's death is urged to contact the Philadelphia Police Department at 215-686-TIPS (8477).

Kubach St. is in the Far Northeast of Philly, part of an office park between Woodhaven Road (PA 63) and Southampton Road. Kubach does not reach into the 5200s, so IMO the 2500 block was meant instead.
