News of a bad outcome on SM led me to the article below from Feb 26. He's not named in the article, but details (date, location, age, car) match.

DelDOT Crews Find Man Dead A Week After He Crashed On I-495

For unknown reasons, the vehicle veered off the roadway and the front collided with the guardrail. After impact, the Ford traveled down a steep embankment and overturned multiple times before coming to rest in an area of overbrown brush.
