April 2015:

Daniel John Milowicki, 28, was charged following an investigation that began in late March when a 21-year-old woman reported that Milowicki sexually assaulted her at his home...

The woman told investigators that she met Milowicki after responding to an advertisement on Craigslist.

Police said Milowicki posted the ad under the "false pretense" of searching for a petite model for a photo shoot. The victim told investigators that the listing said the model would be paid $300 to wear designer clothing, but when she arrived at his home he brought her into the home's basement and forced her to perform sexual acts on camera and threatened to publish the material on the internet if she did not continue.

July 2015:

A Chester County DJ who was charged with 300 counts of sexual assault and child in April allegedly also raped and filmed a woman last September who thought she was being hired for a modeling job, the district attorney's office said Tuesday.

Daniel Milowicki, 28, a self-employed photographer and disc jockey who uses the name DJ Dan Dub C, was out on bail when he was arrested for a second time on July 16 on rape and other charges, said District Attorney Tom Hogan.

"This defendant was very calculating when he targeted his victims," Hogan said in a press release. "His predatory behavior coupled with how he presented himself as a DJ and photographer allowed him to target vulnerable young women. These most recent charges came to light because the victim saw the news about the defendant's first arrest and found the strength to come forward to police."
