A former member of the Bangor Borough Council Phil Leone of Easton has been charged with three counts of sexual abuse of children and indecent assault, endangering the welfare of children and corruption of minors. The charges involve a girl between three and 10 years old. They also include photographing the child engaging "in a prohibited sexual act or the simulation of such act." Police said Leone had multiple photographs of nude juveniles in his possession.
