In the early hours of Sept. 29, Reaghan Ann Chase is believed to have left her Grand Valley home with Kyle John Bedow, according to Warren-based state police. Bedow is now wanted on two felony counts — interference with the custody of a child and concealment of the whereabouts of a child. They are believed to be traveling in a 2005 tan Mercury Marquise that bears Pennsylvania registration HVP7853.

Missing Pennsylvania teen found in Rangeley, boyfriend arrested. RANGELEY, Maine — A 15-year-old girl who had been missing from her Warren County, Pennsylvania, home since late September was found in Rangeley on Wednesday and her boyfriend arrested, the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office announced. After a traffic stop, Bedow was placed under arrest and Chase was taken into protective custody.
