Good lord, this is terrible. Reading that first Times Leader article makes me wonder if there isn't *anything* the blue wall of silence won't stoop to protect.
Those poor children, and two additional police officers lying and harassing a victim- I have no words.

I hope they are also punished but history shows they won't be.
