Arrests made in 'executions' of 4 found in Southwest Philadelphia basement
"District Attorney Larry Krasner identified one of the suspects who has already been charged as 32-year-old Jahil Porter. Porter has nine prior arrests, the last of which coming in 2017.

Police discovered the victims around noon on Monday, Nov. 19 on the 5100 block of Malcolm Street. All four victims were found with a single gunshot wound to the head.

Philadelphia police say the male victims were renovating the home where they were found and came across a stash of drugs inside one of the homes they were working on. Investigators say one of the cousins may have attempted to broker a sale of those drugs. Investigators say the suspects agreed to purchase the drugs, but went to the home with the purpose of robbing the victims.

"Sadly, all four of these individuals were executed, there's no ifs, ands, or buts about it," Philadelphia Police Commissioner Richard Ross said last week. "This is an absolutely evil thing to do. There is no way in the world people should have met their demise this way."

According to one report, the victims had found a small stash of drugs; the murders were trying to retrieve it.
