The video of the parents fighting --- was that before or after the flatbed took the tank away? Could be an indicator.

I read that Weintraub briefed the families right after the flatbed left with the objects covered with tarps around 6. I wonder if he told them they may have the bodies but needed to confirm

On the 10p Fox 29 news, one of the reporters at the scene said that a "source" said to expect more than one person to be charged in this case.

Also, CD has been supoened to appear before the grand jury.

Why a midnight press conference? Have to get information out that just can't wait until tomorrow.

Possibilities:
- Boys have been found deceased, and they want to let public know before rumors get out, since surely family would be told asap.
- Reason to believe one or more of the boys are alive and need public help
- Someone else is involved and on the run, and public must be made aware to be on the lookout for a POI that may be armed and extremely dangerous.


as people have mentioned, I just can't see his father as a part of this. Guy is worth millions and millions of dollars, has a beautiful daughter in college and another younger son who appears to be on the right track in life. What's the motivation? So he helps his son with this murder and keeps missing car on his property and allows his idiot son sell it for $500? If his name didn't end in a vowel, I don't think anyone would be thinking this.

I don't understand why class would be a factor. Billionaire Robert Durst killed when others got in his way, millionaire Herb Baumeister killed for the hell of it. Wasn't Todd Kohlhepp also upper-middle class?

I think you will find out there are more then 4 bodies. I think this will lead to other unsolved disappearances. I'm convinced that bodies have been recovered and more arrest are in the future. I guess we will find out soon.

Could also be evidence found to upgrade charges against him. Or evidence indicative of murder.

If there were any human remains IN the oil tank, they would not have thrown it on the back of a flatbed truck and driven away.

My husband drove a wrecker and towed cars with bodies still in them to the GBI. - with vehicle covered and police escort for homicide cases.

I have to agree with everyone who suggested remains were found. They will tell the families immediately and will want to officially release this I formation, not wait until it's leaked.
