GUILTY PA - Francis Zarzycki, 40, found dismembered in the Schuylkill River, 26 Aug 2013

Francis Zarzycki aged 40 was reported missing by his family. A man fishing in the Schuylkill River found his torso which identified Zarzycki by the distinct tattoo on his back.

Arrested for his murder were Keith Tolbert who LE say is a pimp, and Stephenie Foulke aged 22, and Angel Weston aged 21 both prostitutes. Motivation was robbery and this poor guy was dismembered in an apartment in a tub in Center City Philadelphia.

The rest of Mr. Zarzycki's body has not been found.

Two women accused of helping a pimp kill and then dismember a Northeast Philadelphia man in 2013 after their scheme to rob him went awry pleaded guilty yesterday to robbery and conspiracy and avoided murder convictions.

Stephanie Foulke, 23, and Angel Weston, 22, were each immediately sentenced to five to 10 years in prison, plus 2 1/2 years' probation for their crimes...

Tolbert pleaded guilty on May 1 to third-degree murder, abuse of a corpse and conspiracy and was sentenced to 20 to 40 years in prison.
