You know what is really weird? The neighbor of the deceased who is quoted in the CBS 3 Eyewitness News story you linked is the exact same guy quoted in this story about a completely different incident that apparently happened on the very same block just a day or two earlier:

I doubt the incidents are related but the thought crossed my mind that perhaps the missing ammo that allegedly sparked the murder had gotten misplaced when someone in this family grabbed a gun to protect their home from the hordes of partiers descending on their street.
