Police found a man wanted for kidnapping and rape hiding behind a dryer in a West Mifflin apartment, authorities said.

George Cicero Holiday, 26, of Duquesne, was charged in October with kidnapping, rape, indecent assault, unlawful restraint, false imprisonment, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse and two counts each of aggravated assault, terroristic threats and reckless endangerment.
