PA Girl Gets Beat Down Inside School Video Goes On YouTube

A student is beat inside Edison High School in Philadelphia as another student tapes it. The video got posted online.

Not sure this would constitute bullying but the fact that a pack of girls stand around watching and do absolutely nothing I think would put it inot this catagory.

Unfortunately this isn't all that uncommon at Edison and other schools in the area. It's just this time someone posted it online and someone took notice.
