His missing person alert and license number and vehicle description were on all the digital road signs in the Pittsburgh area today; I would imagine they are up elsewhere in the state as well. I hope Howard is somewhere warm and safe and finds someone who can help very soon.

Police said due to his cognitive decline, Askey may be disoriented and could be just about anywhere.
