Ok page 6 has been updated It appears the Commonwealth requested a protective order. It’s been signed by Rangos. Miller & Difenderfer were notified.

Would a media injunction show as a protective order? I noticed the victim family fund raising site has a new disclaimer DO NOT DISTRIBUTE, also they are requesting all media inquiries to go to a victim advocacy website. Noticed this a few weeks ago.

I'm not sure if that would be a matter for this judge related to the trial proceedings?

Hmm IDK IDK, I guess it could be. If they are trying to prevent this from turning into a media circus the way many child abuse cases do. I’m sure the family gets unwanted attention after every hearing. Good thinking. Yes, every site had those same pictures.
