The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating a 11-year-old endangered missing juvenile Isaiah Amalbert. He was last seen on Sunday, August 27, 2023, at 3:30 P.M., on the 10XX block of West Russell Street.

He is 4′ 11″, 98 lbs., brown hair, brown eyes and was last seen wearing grey shorts and black sneakers. He is known to frequent the following areas, Dave & Busters on Columbus Boulevard, 24th and Berks and uses Septa bus and train for transportation.

Anyone with any information on Isaiah’s whereabouts is asked to please contact the East Detective Division at 215-686-3243 or 911.
