The Philadelphia Police Department is seeking the public’s help in locating 14-year-old Jelina Rosero and her 2-month-old son, Jahseh Harris.

Jelina was last seen on February 27, 2025, by her grandfather, with whom she resides on the 4500 block of Rising Sun Avenue.

She is described as 5’4” tall, weighing 120 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair. It is unknown what she was last seen wearing.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Jelina and her son is urged to contact the East Detective Division at 215-686-3243 or call 911.

Teen Mom, 2-Month-Old Son Missing: Philadelphia Police

Police said Jelina Rosero, 14, and her 2-month-old son, Jahseh Harris, were last seen Feb. 27 on the 4500 block of Rising Sun Avenue.

Jahseh & Jelina have been missing for quite a few days now and I really hope that they are somewhere safe. Where could they be? How old is the father?

The child has a different surname (Harris) than the mother (Rosero). Harris could be the surname of the mother’s grandfather or some other relative, but I suspect it is from the baby’s father.

How is it that I've never heard of this case .
A (basically) kid having a kid.
I'm thinking find the father and they might find Jelina and Jahseh.
