PA - James Pierce for sexual assault of 5 yo girl, Abington, 2007

James Pierce was to turn 61 years old last Tuesday, the same day he was to be sentenced for sexually assaulting a 5 year old girl.

LE believe Pierce jumped into the Delaware River killing himself. LE had been searching for the sex offender after he failed to appear for his sentencing. Drowned by suicide.

The DA called it a "self-imposed death penalty".

Now this poor little girl has to still go to counseling for years I am sure. However, she will not have to fear the freak coming back. She'll never have to worry up the road that she'll cross paths with the creep.

I don't feel any sympathy for him. He was a nasty pervert and I hope that he is where he belongs right now.
