Found Safe PA - Jamiah Buck, 11, Philadelphia, 27 Jan 2019 *endangered*h

Jamiah Buck was last seen at 8:30 p.m. Sunday on the 300 block of Cobbs Creek Parkway.

She is described as 5'3, 205 pounds, light brown complexion, heavy build, brown eyes, and black curly hair. She has a mole under her right eye and a nose ring.

Jamiah was last seen wearing a black leather jacket and light blue jeans.

First question always is: Wonder who saw her last? And what were the circumstances?

Google maps show the 300 block of Cobbs Creek Parkway as a well traveled road which is heavily populated on one side and park-like on the other with lots of trees and open space.

Even if she is mature for her age, 11 years old is still very young to be out alone overnight, especially in winter.

Do parents not have photos of their children without filters anymore? I've seen the worse photos for missing children lately. How are people suppose to recognize them?

right!? when I take pics, there are no filters. I want to look back and remember them as them not the filter that doesn't even look like them any more.

I am familiar with parts of Cobbs Creek, more towards Island Avenue/ SW Philly. I hope she did not fall in the ice. It was very cold a week or 2 ago. I am not sure where the 300 block is.

Checking the map, she looks to be more in the residential area, not where I thought. Yeah, lot of traffic there at edge of Philly and burbs.
