No, according to the article she waived her right to a preliminary hearing and her court arraignment which was scheduled for Monday 6/27, but it's still on the docket as well as the 8/19 guilty plea.As I reread your post - do you mean she DID plead guilty on this fraud case?? Since I see the guilty plea hearing on 8/19/22. I could not access the link is why I ask.

*Arraignment Hearing (Fraud) (@ 8:30am ET) – PA - *Jasmine Jean (4) & Nicole Elizabeth (6) Snyder (missing/last seen since Sept. 2015 & found Nov. 6 & 7, 2021 buried in Williamsport City, Lycoming County; Jasmine: died/was killed on around Aug. 11, 2017 & subsequently buried in 2017 & Nicole: died/was killed around May 10, 2016 & subsequently buried in 2016, both in the back yard on Livermore Rd.) - *Marie Sue Snyder (27 @ time of first crime/32/now 33) “mom” arrested & charged (11/5/21) & recharged & arraigned (1/7/22) with 2 counts of murder, 2 counts endangering the welfare of children, unlawful restraint, concealing the death of a child, simple assault, recklessly endangering another person, abuse of corpse, obstruction in child abuse cases, tampering with evidence & charged (6/16/22) with 3rd degree felony theft by deception & fraud to obtain food stamps and/or assistance ($69,866.27). Bond denied on murder, reason: flight risk & danger to society. Bond @ $10K on theft/fraud charges. Plead guilty to these charges of fraud. For murder charge: DA might seek the DP, but if she cooperates, will take DP off the table.

4/11/22 Update: Murder: Pretrial motions hearing on 6/17/22 @ 9:30am & arraignment hearing continued on 7/18/22 @ 8:30am.
6/16/22 Update: Snyder is facing felony charges of theft & fraud in addition to charges of homicide for the starvation deaths of two of her three children. Investigators said from a time period of June 1, 2016 to Nov. 30 of 2021, Snyder received $69,866.27 in public benefits administered on behalf of the Pennsylvania Dept. of Human Services (DHS), claiming her two daughters, both of whom were deceased at the time, were alive. On or about December 14, 2021, police received an overpayment referral from the Lycoming County Assistance Office (CAO) for Marie Snyder, accused of failing to accurately report her household composition, according to an affidavit filed May 24, 2022 by Maria Lesh, special agent with the Pennsylvania Office of State Inspector General. Snyder is charged with 3rd degree felony theft by deception & fraud to obtain food stamps and/or assistance. Snyder is already being held without bail at the Lycoming County Prison, was given $10,000 monetary bail for the new charges. Snyder is scheduled to appear in court on 6/27/22 for a preliminary hearing on the fraud & deception charges. She is also due in court 6/17/22 for a motion to access records regarding the homicide case.
6/17/22 Update: Murder: Next arraignment hearing on 7/18/22. 6/20/22 Update: Fraud: Snyder waived her right to a preliminary hearing & her court arraignment. Guilty plea hearing on 8/19/22.

*Michele Lee Butler (43 @ time of first crime/48/now 49) (mother of Echo) – Plead guilty (4/11/22) & sentencing hearing on 8/30/22.
*Ronald Ray Butler (53/now 54) (father of Echo) – Status hearing on 8/8/22 & pretrial hearing on 9/13/22.
According to Case Search, it moved from Magisterial District to Common Pleas on 6/16. Same complaint #.@PommyMommy - just checking to see if the court site changed its dates for Marie on the Fraud case, which was scheduled on 6/27/22. Case #2085098.
