Investiagors say the man recently started working at a Hempfield IHOP is battling addiction and has a history of health problems.

“The last contact most people had with him was at the hospital,” said Stafford. “He was staying with some friends on Fourth Street and Harrison Avenue.”

However, after visiting those friends, it appears McIntosh just disappeared. According to police and family, he’s not one to keep quiet for long.

“He does have a daughter who he normally contacts everyday, does have an ex-girlfriend a few other friends he contacts periodtically,” added Stafford.

They initially received information from friends and co-workers that McIntosh was possibly in New Stanton or Ligonier, but later found out he might be in the State College area.

McIntosh has a few tattoos; an Angry Orchard tree logo on his chest, flames on both wrists, a rose on his hand and a woman on his forearm.
