When gunshots finally stopped around noon yesterday neighbors hesitantly looked out their windows and spotted Jeffery Hardee sprawled on the ground in front of a corner store on 9th street.

The 21 year old was shot six times. Hardee's slaying came one day after Rahfee Jones aged 20 was shot along with a 14 year old bystander. Rumors suggest Hardee was murdered because he witnessed that shooting.
