I'm not good at maps (other than just searching the address) but I wanted to see what they mean by "remote" in that area.

From 2014:
East Xtra: Talent is showing for Woodland Hills

Jones, despite his junior class and status as a first-year starter, is slated to play at West Virginia.

Jones is the brother of Robert Morris and former Penn State quarterback Paul Jones, who starred at Sto-Rox before graduating in 2010.

Jeremiah said West Virginia's coaches called him every week during the recruitment process and he feels he will fit in well in the Mountaineers' spread and read-option offenses.

2015:

2016 ATH Jeremiah Jones, of Woodland Hills High School (PA), announced tonight via Twitter that he is decommitting from WVU and will reopen his recruitment.
