Did the police ever get her body? I feel so bad for her poor mother..but since it's been a few days idk how the decomposing process goes but shouldn't it smell by now? Like the mother didn't notice any unusual smell? Not trying to be gross but the smell of death can't be missed..Just my opinion or was her mother staying somewhere else like maybe with Jessica's husband to help care for the kids?

There are no words to comfort. My condolences to JP and her family. So sad. may she rest in paradise and watch over her children and grant them peace. I only ask WHY?

But wouldn't she come home when her daughter was missing? Not blaming her at all. I know her heart is doubly broken. My guess is there's more that may never be known. I doubt he targeted her out of the blue this day. Probably a closet perv or worse.

My question is..If the mother came home when Jessica went missing how did she not notice a smell coming from the shed area if Jessica was behind the shed?? I don't understand that of course maybe she was not home much the past few days cause of looking for Jessica and everything..Such a sad story

I know i've seen that too Thats what I was referring to in one of my earlier posts when I questioned why her bio dad wasn't talking or anything in interviews but it's ashame that she thought so much of him and he'd do something so horrible..he truly is a sick individual and I for one hope and pray he rots in his prison not just for Jessica but for those little kids at home that he took a loving mother away from and the rest of Jessica's family too

Busy all day and only checking Malik Drummond's thread so I was just so sad to read this news I cannot even imagine what this family (mom, sister, step-siblings, husband, children - and entire family shattered) is dealing with tonight.

Re: Jessica's FB post about her 2 dads... I want to say as delicately as I can, and without knowing for a fact what the tests will reveal, that in many (many) cases, this is not at all unusual. It falls into the category of coping mechanisms and compartmentalizing. I honestly don't believe LE would even hint at any kind of sexual assault unless they had obvious evidence of some kind that lead them to believe that.

She sent a message to her sister on FB right before she disappeared (now known right before she was killed) that she wanted to be there when the baby was born. I believe her sister is due next week. Heartbreaking Now I wonder if it was her that sent the message....UGH

Police went to the house and were denied entry, they came back to the house with a search warrant.
They had him at hello.

I just can't wrap my head around the fact he placed his truck for an escape... What the heck was he thinking. Laying in wait charge sounds like it could be on the table as well if he requested her to come fax something.
