Wow! He had already had his truck parked near the Dollar General store that morning and had someone pick him up. Premeditated?!??! Plus, according to the press conference she left her place of employment at 1250 and the step father was already parking her car at the Dollar General at just a few minutes after 1:00.

She literally went straight there to send the fax. It was right under our faces. IMO, it looks like premeditation (at least for the alleged attempted sexual assault, if not more) may be provable with the video evidence of the vehicle action and the witness who picked the Defendant up near the auto repair shop. If premeditation for any felony action can be proven, the charges will be much more severe IMO.

So this sick planned this ahead of time. He moved his car around, lied about why he didn't have a car, planned where he'd be dumping Jessica's car beforehand. I hope they lock this monster up and throw away the key.

Not sure if this was mentioned, but the investigator or the DA said that he had been in her life since she was 12. I have to wonder if this was not the first time he sexually assaulted her.
