Police say a suburban Pittsburgh man offered a baby sitter $100 to assault his ex-girlfriend and cause her to miscarry their unborn child...

Police say Frazier asked his baby sitter neighbor for help after his ex-girlfriend refused to have an abortion or give the child up for adoption. They say the baby sitter was shocked and immediately refused.

Police say Frazier physically abused his ex-girlfriend in the past and sent her text messages saying he hated her and wished she was dead.
