ARREST: Montenegro-Espinosa, Jorge R - Indecent Assault and 1 additional charge

On April 24, 2024 at 0915hrs, the East Pennsboro Police was dispatched to the 200 block of W. Shady Lane, Enola for an assault. Officers arrived and spoke with the victim. The victim reported being the victim of a sexual assault.

Survivor is less-than 16 years of age

Bail set at $50,000.
