PA PA - Jose Colon, 56, Philadelphia, 18 July 2017

Jose Colon, 56, was last seen on Tuesday around 1 p.m. near his home on the 800 block of N. 20th Street. Colon was leaving his home to visit friends near 5th and York Streets.

Colon is described as 5'6", 171 lbs., blue eyes, medium build with long gray hair and a long gray beard. He suffered a stroke several months ago and still shows signs of paralysis to the left side of his body.
