So, for his daughter to even mention suicide seems telling. Was he known to have been depressed, financially struggling or terminally ill, etc.? It seems unlikely he ran off to start a new life, but hard to say with so little information, i.e. were any items missing from his home that he typically wouldn't take to work? For foul play, any known enemies or problems?

Details of Disappearance​

Sireci was last seen between 10:00 p.m. and 4:30 a.m. at his residence in the vicinity of the 1100 block of Daly Street in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He was going to stop at the local laundromat near 3rd and South Street in Philadelphia on his way to work at Penns Landing Condominiums, but never arrived. He has never been heard from again.

Sireci's dark blue four-door 1972 Mercury Montego with the Pennsylvania license plate number Y75089 is also missing. Investigators believe it's possible he drove into the Delaware River. His case remains unsolved; few details are available.

I sent in records requests but they were denied. Same story when I talked to the detective about it. Unfortunately the only thing I can say is that if he was going to work, he would likely be in the stretch of the Delaware between the SS United States and Cherry Street Pier. Atleast by my research.

And if suicide or murder I would think that would be one of the greatest likely hoods.
