The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating 31-year-old missing person Kaihyll J Warren. He was last seen on Monday, May 15, 2023, at 1:24 A.M., on the 21XX block of Van Pelt Street.
He is 6′ 2″, 150 lbs., thin build, brown hair, brown eyes and was last seen wearing a white t-shirt and black shorts.
