This case is so sad, but not uncommon to women caught in the grips of addiction with someone else. I don’t know whether she left the shelter of her own accord or was coerced, but I hope and pray that Katie sees all the love and concern for her and uses that as a catalyst to return to seeking help and getting away from someone with a very bad record and who is only going to bring her down.

Great post, Kittybunny. I agree wholeheartedly. She has a long road ahead, IMO, but hopefully, her girls will get their mama back one day.

Well wow! I wish her all the best, she does indeed have a long road ahead. Hopefully she'll be able to stay safe from him and her other struggles.
