Okay-he just looks creepy.

I mean, yes, there's the whole don't judge a book by its cover aspiration, but when I first saw this report and saw her pictures and saw his pictures, I thought, I just don't get it, and that it wouldn't surprise me one bit if that guy did something to her. I'm sorry, but the guy just looks like a pathetic, a$$clown. I hope both Katie and this guy's daughter are safe somewhere.

Her family told KDKA that Stoner was seeking treatment for mental illness and an addiction to opioids at a women’s shelter, so she wouldn’t have just disappeared without a trace.

“All her things were there, all the pictures, everything was there and she had important meetings to go to that next day that she was excited about,” Linda Prestopine, Katie’s mom, told the outlet.

Prestopine also said Stoner wanted to get better in order to raise her little girls.​

Ex-Boyfriend Is Person of Interest But Can’t Be Found After Woman Goes Missing on Valentine’s Day

Police want to talk to a missing woman’s ex-boyfriend, but they say they can’t find him. John Eugene Colbert has been named a person of interest in the disappearance of Katie L. Stoner. Kittanning Borough Police in Pennsylvania ask anyone with information on his whereabouts to call Officer Michael Bartosiewicz at (724) 543-1538.

With all that in mind, let’s start again from the top. Stoner, 27, went missing on Thursday at about 6:30 p.m., police said. Officers described her as standing 5’11”, and weighing 160 pounds. She has blue eyes, “blonde/brown” hair, with a cut on her left eye, and burn marks on her wrists. She had a tattoo on her right ankle. It read, “Daddy’s Little Girl,” according to cops.

Buccelli, 40, is believed to be the last person to have had contact with Stoner. He is listed as 6 feet tall, weighing 220 pounds. Police said he has blue eyes and drives a white Jeep Liberty with Pennsylvania license plate KTH 1678.

Kittanning Police have deemed Bryan Buccelli of New Castle another person of interest in the disappearance of Katie STONER.

Age:40 Height: 6' weight: 220 Eye color: blue

Bryan Buccelli is believed to be the last known individual in contact with Katie Stoner. Buccelli is the brother of John Colbert. Buccelli is to be operating a white in color Jeep Liberty. Pa registration KTH 1678. Individuals are to be in the New Castle area.

Anyone with information please contact Officer Bartosiewicz of the Kittanning Police Dept, or contact 911.

I just read the thread without knowing she was found safe. Such great news. That dude has bad energy via photo and the rap sheet to prove it. I hope this increadably gorgeous girl ghosts this guy. So many red flags to ignore here.

She was found in Newcastle by police doing interviews and traffic stops while trying to find her.

MISSING PERSON LOCATED

On 2/19/2019 the NCPD continued the investigation into the missing female named Katie STONER from Kittinanning Borough.

The NCPD conducted numerous interviews/interrogations and traffic stops attempting to locate STONER. During this process a NCPD officer did make contact with STONER and STONER did voluntarily come to the NCPD station. .

It was determined Stoner was unharmed and she was residing at a residence in the City of New Castle.

The family and Kittanning Borough PD have been notified and this case is closed.​
