The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating a 13-year-old Missing Juvenile Khamir Smith. He was last seen on Friday, December 10th, 2021, on the 54XX block of Chestnut Street.
He is 5’5″, 93 lbs., thin build, brown eyes and black hair.
