The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating 13-year-old Missing Juvenile Tawfiq Oglesby. He was last seen on Tuesday, October 18, 2022, at 4:30 P.M., on the 6XX block of South 55th Street.
He is 5′ 6″, 120 lbs., thin build, light brown complexion, black hair, brown eyes and was last wearing a white thoube, gray Yeezy sneakers and carrying a multi-color backpack.
