Keep searching, but where? Nothing (that I’ve seen) about her frequented locations, or that of the landlord’s son. Does she have a car?

If this was some kind of rental-related dispute, it’s at least the second this month (Samantha Maag in Old City).

I'm just not sure about this case. Why is she missing?....a person was able to shoot an old man and then left the scene with Kim "Darlene"? Walter (Melvin) Heard is not talking I suppose. Bykerladi made a good point, saying she maybe was forced to go to an ATM machine. If she did, I'm afraid for her faith. She doesn't look like a lady with a lot of money to me. Who is cashing in rent with a gun at hand? There are a lot of robberies going on in that part of the city. Is Heard Jr. a drug addict, cashing in rent for his own benefits, without his father knowing? His father Sr. seems to be a very old man (in his 80's) if I'm right. Or is this his grandfather?

UPDATE

The body discovered Wednesday on a Delaware college campus is that of a missing Philadelphia woman who was last seen on January 5, according to police.

Authorities said the body of 59-year-old Kim Ezell, who was also known as "Darlene," was found at the Delaware Technical Community College - Stanton Campus in Newark.

Police found the body in a vehicle in a fenced-in area in the back of the school.

The body of 59-year-old Kim Ezell, also known as Darlene, was discovered in the parking lot of the Delaware Technical Community College-Stanton Campus on 400 Stanton-Christiana Road in Newark. Police have not yet revealed a cause of death.

State Police say the investigation is in the early stages but there is no threat to the safety of the community.

Head was charged with murdering the 77-year-old man along with aggravated assault, robbery, burglary and other related offenses. Investigators have not yet revealed whether or not Head was involved in Ezell’s disappearance or death.

This article reports that family states she was found in a vehicle - nothing about what kind of vehicle/plates/owner:

Vehicle is a pick-up truck. “According to Philadelphia police and Delaware State Police, Kim Ezell was found dead in a pickup truck behind the school on Monday.”

What is the fenced-in area? Is it an area controlled by the school for school-owned vehicles (vans, maintenance)? I’d imagine some kind of special sticker is required to park there - a random unauthorized vehicle would be quickly noticed & ticketed at many schools. Not familiar with this school, though.

in this link it says - "The vehicle Ezell was found in is used for parts by the campus fleet management."

i assume the school owns the vehicle.

So was she put there? @cvaldez1975 above statement the vehicle is used for parts, I assume not running. So sad. Prayers for "Darlene"/Kim and her family!
