Kimberly Ann Phillips, 41, was seen around 7:35 a.m. on Stanley Place. She was last seen with John Lynn, 51, of York, around 7:24 a.m. earlier on Tuesday.

Lynn is driving a maroon Jeep Grand Cherokee with a Pennsylvania license plate of JGL-8183. He also has warrants for his arrest.

She may be injured.
