I just noticed that the docket sheet lists an additional charge not mentioned in the Press Release:
"Poss Instrument Of Crime W/Int" which apparently means "Possession of an Instrument of Crime with intent to employ it criminally"

2010 Pennsylvania Code :: Title 18 - CRIMES AND OFFENSES :: Chapter 9 - Inchoate Crimes :: :: 907 - Possessing instruments of crime.

So in the Taylor William's Case and the Evelyn Boswell case, they never or have not used the term Murder. They must have some pretty damning evidence like in the case of Gannon.

Also I cant remember seeing a case where the relatives break the news of death themselves before the cops.

What really struck me on this case was that the family announced death of victim, the murder charge and arrest all before she was actually arrested and in custody. But I guess the hospitalization may partially explain that...

The teddy bear pictures made me sick to my stomach but I'm hoping it was just that ..a photo shoot completely unrelated to King Those of us who saw her interact with King ( Its deleted from social media now) can vouch that she really seemed to love him...almost obsessively That s why I can't wrap my head around her intentially harming this beautiful child Also from what we heard from family members she never had a romantic relationship with stepdad he was her friend and boxing coach I hope and pray King did not have to suffer any prior abuse I m lost when it comes to motive other then if I can't be his mother no one can.Are we allowed to discuss the leaked police report? <modsnip> I keep seeing his sweet face I pray and hope he did not suffer Rest easy precious baby boy

It sounds like whatever TP did to end up in the hospital was a stall tactic. LE had officers guarding her, she would go straight from the hospital to booking. Not so surprising, IMO. Wasn't like having a suspect who could be tipped off and flee. I think she knew where she was going to end up.

The court summary lists her as male.I wonder if that's a mistake? Or is she? There were so many rumors she can't have kids on her own.

Yeah I noticed that too. I think was just an error. Also I think all those rumors about not being able to have a kid stemmed from when a relative with a same sex partner spoke out on her behalf (and was mistaken for “the babysitter”).

Millions of children in the US are being raised in these situations. Babysitters, au pairs, nannies, ect.

But nannies and au pairs are usually in the home of the parents, while they watch the children. The is much different than this situation was.

Most parents have ways of keeping an eye on those situations, with in-home cameras, etc. My friend can watch her in-home babysitter, remotely, from her phone while she is at work.

Not all people have even the luxury of regular internet access, let alone security cameras or paid childcare.
