If she has the money for a lawyer then I wonder why she couldn't afford to hire certified daycare workers or get licensed to operate a daycare. It seems like she had other children that she took care of but I'm not sure how many. There is a limit to how many toddlers or infants per caretaker so maybe some of the charges are related to violations. I hope other children didn't witness King's death or disposal of the body!

Does the interfering with children custody charge make you believe she watched other children as well? I can't find anything that makes me think she took care of other kids beside King?

Well, she mentions "children" in her post and yes, the charges indicate endangering "children." That might be just how it's written, but usually when it involves one child the charge is "endangering the welfare of a child." In this case it's children, plural. Imo

We don't know if she took care of other children besides King but she mentions in the post that was linked here that she likes to surround herself with children and that their energy matches hers or something like that. Also I read a post upthread that said she had interfered with custody of other kids besides King but I don't know from what source the OP got that information. That's what made me think she may have been providing care for a few children, if it's true. It's just speculation. I didn't see anything about an upcoming class but I thought she mentioned she was planning to open a dance studio.

All we know for sure is that she had been providing childcare for King for two years. Which reminds me, she would be a mandated reporter so if the family really believed the mom was neglecting him then she would have been responsible for reporting it. My guess is she never did because she had no reason to, other than she wanted to keep the child herself.

I don't think we have a clear picture of what was going on with King and about who was taking care of him. I don't think it's very possible for King to have been just sent to the stepfather all the time. His uncle, which is the brother of King's mother has a tonnnnnnnnn of pictures and videos with him and they all seem pretty recent. It appears this uncle and the mom live in the same house, so it kind of looks like King was in his mother's care quite frequently.
We are just assuming this "babysitter" has been caring for him for two straight years but observing everything closely, it's most likely not true. I don't doubt she has been babysitting him for 2 years, but for 2 years straight? No.

True, if we would go by MSM alone we know very little. It's all our opinions and what we gather from SM and that could be skewed by who is telling the story. The one person we have not heard from is the stepdad. I wonder if there will be a affidavit we could read.

She has this superinflated self esteem sees herself as a goddess and I'm sure in her mind her dancing is artistic and irresistible I so wished that live of her interacting and talking about King would still be around She s talking about his nap times when she lets him sleep and when not, says she's raising a champion talks about how careful you have to be for him not to get hurt because he's a wild child tells him when he falls to get up and shake it off teaches him ABC s and in hindsight all over the top I think she wanted him to be perfection like she sees herself maybe that has something to do with what happened to him I really really don't believe something sexual was going on but I still am afraid to think of what was she willing to do for money?

I was unable to locate the exact code she was charged with but as it pertains to the Pennsylvania Code

2904 - Interference with custody of children

I think this makes the most sense:

equivalent relation to the child, acted with knowledge that
his conduct would cause serious alarm for the safety of the

such alarm. In such cases, the offense shall be a felony of
the second degree;

Don't think sexual either. She seems delusional, I get the feeling the act was intentional but the death of King was not.

Yes, LE stated that the babysitter had been "providing childcare" for the last two years but that doesn't mean he was living with her all that time.

The stepfather was supposed to be the primary caretaker, according to the family but they didn't know he was passing him off to the babysitter. I still wonder what kind of relationship or arrangement he had with TP. Imo

Yes, but King may have stayed with TP over night at times, too. The stepfather had not seen him for two weeks so at least for that period of time he was with the babysitter. Unless she had someone else watch him. What we do know is at some point between July 6th and the 8th something happened to cause his death and TP is responsible. Imo
