Where is Kings biological Father? Sorry if it’s a repeated question.

I don’t believe there has been any MSM coverage on that, however it is possible there is some I missed. If you wanted to try to find some the place I would check would be MSM Tv reporters Facebook video coverage of the Monday community search of Fairmount park. Otherwise, I *believe* that LE’s last mention was at the July 9th press conference that they were looking to locate him.

There are too many children that end up hurt after being in an unstable environment and not having consistent care providers. I can't imagine asking some random babysitter to watch a toddler for days at a time. Forgive me but can someone clarify when it moves from child neglect to you being a victim due to your child neglect?

And someone who posts photos of themselves appearing to be having all kinds of sex with a giant teddy bear is not even close to a stable person. That is the most disgusting FB profile I think I've honestly ever seen. She didn't just randomly take a drunk photo with a big ass teddy bear. She planned loads of settings etc of various sex acts with a big ass teddy bear and had someone on hand to take it all. And then she decided to publicly post it all over her FB wall. WTAF??!!?

Again, I must wonder what prompted the stepfather to hand King off to TP. Did he just have bad judgment about the sort of person she was? Obviously AH thought she could trust him to take care of King, which you’d think would implicitly include his using discernment if he had to hand King off to a babysitter.

Oh really? At the PC LE said they were trying to find the bio father? I would think they would have notified him before announcing they believe the child is deceased but I guess if they can't find him that might explain why. I wonder why the mother can't get a hold of him.

Yeah, it wasn't like he was dropping King off during the day and picking him up after work. He was allowing him to stay with her for weeks at a time and not being truthful with his mother.

Also, we don't really know why he let TP have the child for so long. Maybe she was the one who talked him into letting the child stay with her. She might have been very manipulative.

Maybe it had nothing to do with his schedule at all. Tianna was charged with interfering with the custody of children, so I wonder if she tried to interfere with other kids under her care. There must be a lot more to this story that we don't know.

I just noticed that the docket sheet lists an additional charge not mentioned in the Press Release:
"Poss Instrument Of Crime W/Int" which apparently means "Possession of an Instrument of Crime with intent to employ it criminally"

2010 Pennsylvania Code :: Title 18 - CRIMES AND OFFENSES :: Chapter 9 - Inchoate Crimes :: :: 907 - Possessing instruments of crime.

Any ideas about possessing instruments of crime?Speculation only: One theory would be that the DA’s office purposefully left the criminal instrument charge out of the Press Release because they didn’t want to answer questions about it. It seems possible that they have a weapon with the victim’s blood on it and just did not mention it. This item could also give them confidence about the charges of murder or abuse of corpse. (Alternatively, it could be tangential to the case but LE wants to keep mystery around it to assist in interrogation/negotiation.)

I feel like the “instruments of crime” could be anything from a weapon to a bolt cutter or “slim Jim” tool to open locked cars. Could be anything used for a criminal purpose. I also remember the police in the press conference said that they determined from video and cell phone evidence that King is dead. So the instrument is probably an unremarkable item. IMO

Perhaps she has been raised as a girl since childhood, she wouldn't be the first. Moo
It's only problematic if she is put in the incorrect gender prison imo.
LE has been calling her a she from the beginning.
Family of mum is spreading she is transgender but I think it should be irrelevant (unless his death is in connection) . Moo

I think it was just a clerical error. The same thing happened when the woman in Cupcake's case was arrested and people assumed she was trans.

I'm pretty sure that Krystal Lee was also initially booked as a male, too. I remember being on the thread when it was mentioned. Imo

Maybe bio dad didn’t know he existed? Maybe bio dad wanted nothing to do with mom and baby? Maybe mom is unsure of who bio dad is? Maybe bio dad is in prison? Maybe King was product of abuse? There are reasons at times why bio dad is not in the picture at all. The fact that we’re not hearing anything really about him makes me think this may be the case here. JMO.
