I really would like to know who reported they believed a child was discarded in the trash so the police arrive and the trash was already picked up and taken to the incinerator even though trash pick up was super behind in the area why didn't they follow up to the incinerator? Stuff doesn't get burned right away thats what happened to Noah Tomlin they recovered him but yet they seem to be sure thats what happened to King where is the evidence? It created all these crazy theories that baby is still alive somewhere especially for the family King deserved to be discovered and laid to rest It upsets me to no end that noone was looking for him while he still could have been saved and then noone was looking for him when he was gone

Another child shifted from pillar to post because no one stepped up for him, mom, step dad , the “ babysitter “. He was a beautiful child. Even after his disappearance there seemed to be no urgency in finding him. Jmo

The only difference in charges I saw was #3 Poss Instrument of Crime. They disposed that in a lower court. I wonder why they did that.

The CP docket reflects that it is now in the Court of Common Pleas. Interesting that they dropped the charge of possessing instruments of a crime. Wasn't it reported that they had evidence of homicide but not exactly how it happened? That particular statute requires proof beyond a reasonable doubt that a person "possesse[d] any instrument of crime with intent to employ it criminally." My guess is they couldn't establish what, if any, instrument of crime was used so they dropped that charge. Luckily the rest were bound over.

Man this case is upsetting I so hope they really have the evidence they need This is so infuriating I hope somehow someway she will talk and have a conscience but when in all these cases do we ever see that happen?
