IF she is Kristen Elizabeth Jones, age 26, of Philadelphia she may have gotten in over her head with some people involved in some illegal activities, in my opinion.

That Kristen Jones was charged in 2022 with providing false statements to LE in the course of investigation of two related cases (docket numbers from her court records of related cases listed below, but with the names redacted as they are not POIs). Kristen was found guilty and served 1 year probation and has had no further charges.

Note from GG: 18 Pa. C.S. § 4904(b) states that a person commits a misdemeanor of the third degree if they:
Make a written false statement

On or pursuant to a form bearing notice, authorized by law, to the effect that false statements made therein are punishable.
From: Section 4904.0 - Title 18 - CRIMES AND OFFENSES

Here is my concern for her, if this is our missing woman:
The two related cases (other parties) for which KEJ was found guilty of providing false statement/testimony involved conspracy and numerous charges of illegal sales/transfers of firearms (aka "straw purchases") to ineligible persons (such as convicted felons). The male in that group of two related cases (Case CP-46-CR-0003094-2022) had the most serious charges, and was found guilty of 18 felony charges (felony's) 10/21/2024. He was looking at 1-2 years prison PER CHARGE. Case is under appeal as of January 2025..
