This is very close to the Swatara Creek, which has flooded very recently due to heavy rainfall. I hope he didn't end up in there somehow.

Zimmer has a history of seizures and did not have his medication on him.

LSPD had dogs out searching for him on the 22nd. They didn't find anything. He is without a wallet and meds.

Have they asked for volunteers? Do they have any clues as to his whereabouts? This is where I live and there's nothing anywhere that I've seen. Any statements from family members??

AUGUST 22
Today Pennsylvania State Police Troopers/K9 Handlers; Dave R. Lock and Joseph W. Carlson assisted the Lower Swatara Township Detectives in their continuing efforts to locate Kory Zimmer who has been missing since 7/31/18.

Trooper First Class Dave R. Lock and Trooper Joseph W. Carlson assisted with their Forensic K9 Troopers "Gnash" and "Jack." Trooper Lock and Trooper Carlson with Gnash and Jack searched the wooded areas around Zimmer's home but they did not alert to anything in these areas.

The scenting and detection ability and the search skills that Gnash and Jack possess are nothing less than amazing, both dogs are Belgian Malinois breed.

The Lower Swatara Township Police would like to express their appreciation for these "4" Troopers for coming out to assist the LSTPD with this important investigation.

The Lower Swatara Township Police are still actively trying to locate KORY ZIMMER please continue to provide any information you may have at 717-558-6900.

No problem. There's another post they made days before regarding his last activity at an ATM, normal amount drawn, before he disappeared. But that's it. Car isn't missing either (just fyi)
