The East Liberty girl disappeared July 7, after telling a friend she was going to a man's house to do clerical work, said Deputy District Attorney Mark Tranquilli. Police found her body wrapped in garbage bags by the entrance of Langley High School on July 13. She had been stabbed 21 times, Mr. Tranquilli said.
