Oh, there is no police department or similar on this website, Websleuths. This is a website for the public, people interested in true crime or missing person's cases, to discuss the cases.

I am just a member of the public who was trying to help you out.

If you need to submit a tip, you have to submit to the agency in charge of the particular case. I don't know why the agency for Lauren's case has three different phone numbers, but they are who you ideally need to contact.
