Looks like yesterday he waived his arraignment and just pled not guilty:

"Justo Smoker, the man charged in Stoltzfoos' death, waived his arraignment Thursday and pleaded not guilty to homicide. His arraignment had been scheduled for Friday. Such hearings are often waived and Smoker waived his arraignment on his initial charges of kidnapping and false imprisonment in August."

Got the locations faster than I expected. I think JS pulled behind the Weavertown Mennonite School, took the "sack" off and told her that if she yelled or made any signal, he would kill her, then continued on. At some point between 13:30 hours and 15:30 hours, LS is no longer seen. That is only two hours.

JS worked at Dutchland Inc in Gap.
I have always wondered if this is part of what the police are holding back information on.

I read where JS brother went to Dutchland the day after JS was arrested to get his lunch pail from his car and was denied access. This from a Dutchland employee. JS was arrested at work. His car was picked up there. There just isn’t a lot of information about Dutchland. It is my opinion that the detectives have intentionally kept any info about this area under raps. Also nothing has been released that I have seen about the text messages between JS and his brother after her abduction. I also read that Justo worked with concrete at Dutchland. This case is so frustrating.

My recollection (i.e. MOO) is that Linda worked at a market in or near Harrisburg, selling pretzels at a stand. That's about 45 miles from from her home, and even further from Gap (where Dutchland is).
