That first friend on there actually also comes up under the name Michelle Fynes when you search Myspace. So, unless there's two Michelle Fynes lived in Delaware County I'd say it was her. The space is a year old. Young people that age are always changing looks. I'd say yeah it's her, but anything is possible.

I think you are right. If you click on her picture it says the pic is an older one.

Thanks Winteryns. I kind of think so as well. I gotta get a Myspace account to see if there's other pictures on there. I figured you were local if ya got the Tastykake referrence.

I agree..with the story and the Sevie.

I am thinking this has something to do with drugs. Maybe either owing someone money or people robbing them thinking they had some money. No drugs found...so I'm not sure. I'm just throwing stuff out there...don't mind me...hubby won't talk about "all this crime stuff".

Winteryns, Wait until your hubby tells ya Nancy Grace called ya or McGruff The Crime Dog. LOL Alot of hubby's don't have the interest we do I believe. So, that's good you can share with us here. Heck yeah, Chester is crazy bad. I'm not proud to say that at first when I heard this I kind of shrugged and thought "What's new?" except as you said a little child was with the victims. Thanks for your input Winteryns. Hoping that LE finds out what happened to these victims soon.

Hey, Blink. I tried to look at the picture. I waited awhile for it to download and scrolled right. I can't see it but will try again. Wouldn't be the first time I was wrong if that's not her. Then again I trust Monica Malpass more than Tracey Davidson. LOL If she's even on channell 10. Just would be a huge co-inky-dink as that locale is close as all get out to Chester. K, I'm going to try again.

Local news on Channel 6 just interviewed Lindsay's mom. They capped the story off saying speculation is that Lindsay and her son may have been suffocated and that Fynes and Bryant died of drug overdoses. Karen Saunders said her daughter went to High School with Fynes and had bumped into her and Fynes was looking for a place to live. Lindsay needed a babysitter as she worked at a hotel near the airport and also had just gotten another job. Could it be they hurt this baby while his mom was at work and something ensued? Karen Saunders who is Lindsay's mom said her daughter expressed some concerns over Fynes's behavior. Maybe they needed dope money and stole from Lindsay and when she confronted them they suffocated her? All speculation of course.

I thought about that early on, but I dont think the individual rooms and that she would not put up a fight matched that theory

Hey Blink. I was just checking out about that Myspace. There is a younger girl by that name in PA. Although the photograph says it's this Michelle younger maybe it is not her. The kids I know lie about their ages and all. My bad if it isn't her. The RIP Michelle though would be way weird if it's a co-inky-dink. Yeah, the different rooms seems to be a huge factor. They came right out and said on chanell 6 drug overdose for the two roomies possibly. I don't know, but leaving people just move in with ya and allowing someone ya only knew from high school to watch your child is weird. I know it happens but it looks like Lindsay has an extended family. There's been a significant number of heroin overdoses in Philly the last few weeks. Primarly South Philly. Chester is an easy drive to SW and South Philly. Ya never know though.

Just found this while being nosey. Back in 1985 there was a double homocide of a Delores Bryant and a John Michael Bryant in West Philadelphia. It has something to do with DNA being matched and an assailant. Maybe the myspace girl realized she had the same name and posted it herself. There is too much in the way of alias's and records for me to think was an accident. They would know if the other two died of a drug overdose by the inital tox screen so not sure they would say probably or if that was embellished by the reporter. Whole thing seems "askew"

If Nancy calls I think I could convert my hubby...lol

I thought the same thing...what's new...but like I said the baby. I am at a loss. I could see a break in and killing everyone but with no signs of trauma that doesn't seem to be it. I pray that it was some kind of freak accident.

Actually, you may be on to something, might be how he acquired his identity? I believe if it's correct this JMB was born 11/5/85?
This case is worse than LSATS
ETA: Has anyone run down the Timothy Beachum connection?

I read this in the paper this morning. I hadn't seen this before.

Police called to the scene by Cassidy’s concerned mother had to force their way into the second-floor walkup. A chain lock was across the door and all of the windows were closed and locked, except one, which was cracked and unreachable from the street level.

Now I'm really confused. Maybe it was CMP. I know they said the heat was electric heat but what about the hot water heater or stove?

I wouldn't expect CMP if there was a window cracked, though ... This case is driving me crazy. I wish we had more details - what was in the apartment, etc.

The family sounded like they think something bad happened to the mother and child so I don't what to think anymore. Also, the police said they don't think the community is in danger either.

Winteryns, Nancy's on the phone for ya. LOL Just messing with ya. I didn't read my Daily News yet. I'd think all that with the chain and the windows was just precaution. Hate to say it, but we live like that as well. Sealed and fortified, and armed and ready. Even the skylight. I keep thinking the fact they won't release which rooms each person was in must be important. It's such a sin all the way around. I'd think drug screens would be back by now if the OD theory for the couple was what it was. It's just such a da*n shame. Most especially for the little baby boy.

The TOD, clothing, rooms bodies were located in, and most especially this guys ID's (several) and record imo, are the key to this case. The felony case against him if it was him, had a substantial amount of time potential, yet I could only find where he served a few months. He could have become an informant? What were the jobs (couple) I'm not showing them working anywhere so how were they going to contribute to rent-had to get $$ somewhere. If this is a "hit", keep in mind that if it was gang related, they tend to want to send an obvious message, not cover it up.
If it is about a specific case, they would every incentive not to be tied to it and it would have to big enough to kill 4 people. Thoughts?
