EXTON, PA – Police in West Whiteland are asking for the public's assistance in finding friends and family of a man who was struck by a vehicle Friday morning.

According to police, the man was struck at East Lincoln Highway and Ironlake Boulevard in Exton at about 6:39 a.m. Friday, Feb. 2.
The victim, whose Mexico identification lists his name as Mejia Vicente Victoriano and age as 28, is in critical condition at Paoli Hospital, according to police.
Police believe he works or has worked in Exton and may have ties to the Norristown area.

With the victim being a Spanish speaker, police said the language barrier has made attempts to locate family or friends difficult.

Posted his information on Twitter, and tagged La Alameda and also the woman who I talk to who looks for missing people in Mexico.

A language barrier? He speaks Spanish, not Elvish. Get him a translator!

I saw that. Guess not. I guess it's a more common name than I thought.

Bwaaaahahaha!! Seriously!! Also, it's his ID! It should at least have the state listed, if not his entire address to his original home in Mexico, to narrow down the results and contact extended family. This is just odd.

I wonder if they can tell it's a fake ID or something like that? Seems like they should be able to contact the Mexican consulate and find out more info at the very least. :sheesh:
