e was last seen on the 4000 block of Roosevelt Boulevard at 9:30 am, on Saturday, October 14th, 2017.

Louis is 5’11″, 110 lbs, thin build, brown eyes, fair complexion, short gray hair with a receding hairline. He was last seen wearing a white and purple Minnesota Vikings jacket, black long sleeve shirt with motorcycles on front, gray jeans and blue sneakers. Louis is diagnosed with depression and Dimentia.

Where could he have gone? Nice weather in these parts lately. I would not think he could travel too far. The first thing I thought when the read Roosevelt Blvd is that I hope he did not get hit by a car. I am not sure how good or bad that area is crime wise. I hope he did not get robbed.
