The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating 63-year-old endangered missing person Madeline L. Tallas. She was last seen on Monday, May 8, 2023, at 7:15 P.M., on the 36XX block of Richmond Street.

She is 5′ 5″, 170 lbs., blonde hair, blue eyes and was last seen wearing a black polo coat, black tights and a pink shirt.
