She is 18 years-of-age, 5’3”, 120 lbs, thin build, black hair, brown eyes, medium complexion.

The 3300 block of Henry St. (where she was last seen) is the location of the Philadelphia Children’s Crisis Response Center, which is basically a triage center for youth experiencing a mental health crisis.
